Raytech Sky Plast
Raytech Sky Plast is a two component putty that when mixed together in equal parts will cross link into rubber after only five minutes. It also boasts non toxic attributes, is low smoke and fume, flameproof and fire retardant, is re-enterable, has high dielectric characteristics and is mouldable. The uses for this product are so vast, only your imagination will hold you back.
Just simply mix together equal parts of the blue and white putty from the tubs until they reach a consistent sky blue colour. Once this has been achieved the Sky Plast is ready to be applied to wherever the application is deemed necessary. As the product is also completely non toxic there is no need for the use of gloves and it can be disposed of by simply placing it in a bin.
The indicated working temperature range of Sky Plast is 180 degrees C, this is the permanent temperature to where the Sky can work without significant decay. In excess of this temperature, and for limited periods, it can also withstand temperatures to the order of 250°C without any decay. When exposed to direct flame, at temperatures higher than 500°C, the Sky doesn't burn, however the external surface area forms a layer of cinder which acts to "protect" the layers underneath from the direct exposure to the flame. Speed obviously depends on the type of flame, its intensity, temperature and on the thickness of the Sky Plast.
Pack contains 2 x 250g tubs of mixture.
